Embroidery logo limitations
Due to the nature of embroidery, there is limitations on what we can
and can’t embroider. Some logo’s may be too detailed for
embroidery in which we would recommend print. We can also work
with you to adjust your logo to make it suitable for embroidery. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be able to recommend what will work best.
Are there minimum order quantities or set up fees?
We have no minimums and no set up fees. Our price includes a FREE small print with every garment.
How long will my order take?
We will send you a proof of your design within 3 business days, once you have given the go ahead on
the proof, production and dispatch is up to 3 weeks. Should there be any delays with stock we will notify you.

What is the difference between print and embroidery?
Embroidery refers to clothing that has the logo stitch into the fabric. Printing is when the logo is digitally printed onto a film and heat pressed onto the fabric. Embroidery is best for creating logos on thicker garments such as Jumpers, Polo’s and Jackets. Embroidery is long lasting and durable. Print is great on all garments and is perfect for those logos that are very detailed and have a lot of different colours. Our prints are also very durable, stretchy, vibrant and tested to last 50 washes*
What is a working/vector file?
A working/vector file of your artwork is always the best option to provide as it has been digitally created. It ensures the highest quality at any size for logos. A vector file will have one of the following extensions ( EPS, AI, PDF, SVG ) We will require a Vector file for printed logos, Should you not have the vector file that’s not a problem, send us what you have and we can create a vector file for you $30+GST
How to care for my Printed or Embroidered Garments
To ensure you get the longest use out of your printed or embroidered clothing follow the below instructions. Turn your garment inside out before washing
Wash with similar colours and textures Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron
Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
Do you offer BYO garments ( Can we bring our garments to you? )
Unfortunately no, We would love to, however we have spent time training with our range of products and unfortunately sometimes things go wrong with the embroidery and print due to machines, material and human error. We therefore don't like to take the risk with your products. There is other companies that will be able to help you.
Is there standard sizing for logos?
Yes, Our standard sizing for a left chest logo is 95mm wide and for a rear logo depending on the size of the garment the logo will range from 240mm wide - 300mm wide. If you are wanting a logo outside of these sizes please contact us directly.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made from Ikonik Designz. By using this site, you agree to adhere to the policies, terms, and conditions stated below. Please read them carefully to understand and accept them. These terms, along with the State and Federal laws of Victoria, Australia, and The Commonwealth of Australia, govern all transactions involving the purchase of products and services from Ikonik Designz This agreement represents the entire understanding between Ikonik Designz and the Buyer regarding the sale of products and services through this website. Except for obligations imposed by applicable laws, Ikonik Designz does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the quality, description, or performance of the products, except as explicitly stated in these terms. When you complete the order form on this website, you are making an
offer to purchase products (referred to as the "Order"). Ikonik Designz reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please note that receiving an
electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell.
Liability
Ikonik Designz is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to the use of this website or any linked websites.
Pricing
The prices you, as the buyer, pay for all products will be Ikonik Designz current selling price on the date of receiving the order, with any applicable discounts applied. Please note that all orders will incur a delivery charge. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Ikonik Designz will notify the Buyer before delivering the order, providing an opportunity to cancel the order within a reasonable time. Ikonik Designz reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order due to a pricing mistake within a reasonable time of receiving the order. Ikonik Designz may change its prices without prior notice. All orders from Ikonik Designz include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Please be aware that the "list price" represents an estimated full standard price based on industry markup and may not reflect actual prices at which Ikonik Designz has sold the product.
Stock / Availability
If a product is out of stock when Ikonik Designz processes an order, the Buyer will be contacted to discuss alternative options, such as available substitutes or refunds, as well as revised delivery times.
Orders & Delivery
All orders must be placed using the provided forms on this website, including the necessary information such as product quantity and description, delivery address, and
billing address. Ikonik Designz will acknowledge the ordered products via email as soon as possible. If Ikonik Designz does not accept the order for any reason, the Buyer will be notified by email. Delivery times mentioned on the website are approximate. While Ikonik Designz will make efforts to deliver orders within the specified time, occasional delays due to production, delivery, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Ikonik Designz reserves the right to allocate the distribution of ordered products among customers at its discretion. If your order has not been delivered within the stated time, please contact Ikonik Designz at sales@ikonikdesignz.com.au . If there is no one available at the delivery address to receive the products, Ikonik Designz delivery agent will leave an "unable to deliver" card, and the Buyer should follow the instructions on the card to arrange for product delivery. Ikonik Designz also reserves the right to make partial deliveries for orders containing multiple products.
Payment
Goods will only be shipped after confirmation of payment by direct bank deposit into Ikonik Designz bank account.For purchases made via the website, credit card payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
Discount Codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined for a single order.
Product Returns
Due to the unique nature of Ikonik Designz products, exchanges or refunds are not available once an order has been placed, except in warranted circumstances. Ikonik Designz will only provide refunds for product returns as required by Australian State and Federal Law. The Buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering all shipping costs between Ikonik Designz and the Buyer for any items returned to Ikonik Designz for warranty claims.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been received, Ikonik Designz standard returns policy applies if a customer wishes to cancel or modify the order.
Freight Methods
Ikonik Designz will arrange the delivery of all products to the customer using a delivery method or carrier chosen by Ikonik Designz. The Buyer should not arrange their own courier to collect products from Ikonik Designz unless agreed upon in
writing.
Damaged Products
Products Damaged in Transit:
Claims for alleged damage to products during transit from Ikonik Designz to the specified destination must be reported to Ikonik Designz within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The consignment note must be marked as "Received Damaged.” The Buyer should contact Ikonik Designz via email at sales@ikonikdesignz.com.au to obtain return instructions and provide a copy of the consignment note. Ikonik Designz will then coordinate a suitable solution.
Marketing
By placing an order with Ikonik Designz, you give consent for your contact details to be added to our database. Occasionally, we may contact you regarding offers and
new products. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing emails or be removed from all marketing communications, you can easily do so by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting our Customer Service at sales@ikonikdesignz.com.au
Product Warranty
All products are covered by specific manufacturer warranties and their associated terms and conditions. For detailed warranty information, please refer to the manufacturer's website.
